I have worked in the corporate world for over 30 years and have been an executive coach during this time. As I reflect on my career many would say I have been blessed! And I absolutely have, I have had the opportunity to live & work overseas & have had job roles I once could only dream about. So clearly I get everything right!?!
Of course not! Like we all do, I have veered away from what makes my life feel balanced at times and felt stressed out, frustrated, unfulfilled and exhausted. But I've learned how to pause, reset and get back to being my best self. And now I love sharing that with others.
