Episode #35 Havening Techniques
Special Guest: Mark Wingfield.
Mark was initially trained in 2014 and became one of the first UK Havening Techniques® Certified Practitioners. He has extensive experience using Havening to empower any individual to remove their personal roadblocks in life. Coming to Havening from practical experience helping those who had experienced violence and aggression Here is a good example of how he started to combine his skills and experience using Havening.
Assisting in training delivery on the first French Practitioner Training in 2015 and also on the first German online training in 2021 Mark became a Certified Trainer in 2021. As a trainer he offers corporate well being and individual practitioner certification programmes.
As an experienced Certified Practitioner he still delivers 1:1 Havening in English or fluent German. He is discreet and works with directors and frontline staff, children and all ages. He consults and delivers online and in person.
He has very broad commercial experience with frontline staff and C Suite executives and whilst he doesn't claim to know it all or to have heard it all; his work with children who have been sexually exploited, women who have survived domestic violence, individuals who have been persecuted for their race, colour or creed and continuous work empowering individuals to overcome significant challenges makes him an empathetic and sensitive listener and practitioner.
As a multiple competition-winning speaker, trainer, coach and an accredited conflict resolution specialist he is the founder of MAX Training and Development based in Derby in the UK - which always strives to MPower positive change. MAX training incorporates an eclectic mix of Havening, root cause analysis and process development, behavioural profiling, stress management techniques and challenging experiential training.
