Special Guest: Pixie Kingsley
Pixie is a second-generation yoga teacher and wellness coach, focusing on Yin and Hatha Yoga. She is a qualified Life Coach and an Ayurvedic practitioner.
She founded her company Beaudeley Holistics in 2018 and has enjoyed serving the UK community, as well as her extended overseas community, in all things “wellness-related” since.
Beaudeley means “beautiful place”, the old name given to the town in which Pixie originally settled in the UK when she came from South Africa, and through holistic self-help techniques she aims to promote personal responsibility towards health and vitality. Her vision is to help you to rediscover your own beautiful place within, the Self.
Pixie’s interest in natural wellness was further cultivated during her 10 years living in a remote part of Mozambique (East Africa) where she learned ancient knowledge of healing through nutrition, lifestyle and a healthy mindset. However, she has travelled extensively, and lived in many different countries, learning and perfecting her craft through study and adventure, but mostly from the teachers she has met along the way.
