Philippa is committed to helping others to feel fab with an online biohacking business based on a unique well-being activation product.
She has learned to use the wisdom gained over the years to make a positive impact to the world. Decades of PR work with lifestyle clients and years of competitive watersports ignited her interest and passion for all things well-being and since then, her strategy has been: Why wouldn't I make self-care a priority so that I can put more life in my years?
Philippa defines herself as a mum and well-being enthusiast. She’s also a biohacker, an entrepreneur, a sports fan and a cat lover (she admits her two rescue cats rule her office space LOL!).
She approaches different routes to support well-being, such as biohacking, with a blend of curiosity, scepticism and enthusiasm. If it's simple, natural and proven, then she wants to know about it and reap the benefits! Biohacking is all about using the tools, services, research and products which are available today to make the most of what we've got.
Her well-being mantra can be summed up in one word: CHARM (Community, Hydration,
Activation, Relaxation and Movement).
